01 · THE STORY

From a family firm to a group

Maison Amiel was founded by my great-grandfather in 1946. I came back to Toulouse to run it, rebuilt it, found it an investor, and brought it into Groupe Somouest, where I now design and build the tools the whole company runs on.

  1. 2017–2024

    Running Maison Amiel

    Graphic designer first, then sales, then managing director: I climbed the ladder while the ship was taking on water. I rethought the collection, the catalogue and the communication, and digitised everything that could be.

  2. 2024

    Finding a buyer

    Once the investor-buyer was found, I led the integration into Groupe Somouest together with the Amiel teams. Amiel is no more. Long live Somouest.

  3. 2024–2026

    Building the group’s tools

    Head of Marketing, IT & Graphic Design, then Information Systems Manager: I design the interfaces and ship the code behind them.
